Product Overview

Portable inflatable ice bath with lid, support poles, thermometer, pump and storage bag, designed for quick home setup.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Set up on a flat, smooth surface, insert the poles, fit the drain valve, inflate the rim and lid, fill about three-quarters with water and add ice (the supplier suggests 4 to 5 bags for one person). Start with cooler, not freezing, water and short sessions of a few minutes, then build gradually. Do not move the tub while it contains water and keep it out of prolonged direct sun.
Cold water immersion is not suitable for everyone. Consult your doctor before use, particularly if you have a heart or circulatory condition, high blood pressure, Raynaud's, diabetes, are pregnant or are unwell. Never use alone and get out immediately if you feel dizzy, numb or unwell. Never leave children unattended near the tub. Do not move it when it contains water.
