Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Choline, Chromium, Nicotinate, Cholecalciferol, Ginger, Glutamine, Glycine, Taurine, Magnesium, Citrate, Milk Thistle, Molybdenum, Pea Protein, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, B6, Red Algae Rice, Protein, Zinc, Citrate, Inositol, Riboflavin, B12, Thiamin, Manganese, Gluconate, Selenomethionine, Potassium, Iodine, Cinnamon, Bilberry, Nicotinamide.

Excipients

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs from Coconut), Cocoa Powder, Natural Chocolate Flavour, Vanillin, Xanthan Gum, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Thaumatin, Maltodextrin (Corn), Vegetable Oil, dl-Alpha-Tocopherol.

Dosage

  • 2 scoops (41 g) once or twice daily in at least 250 mL water

Warnings

  • Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for a long period
  • Contains selenium which is toxic in high dose and a daily dose of 150 μg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
  • Contains vitamin B6; stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible
  • Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
