Contoured, rechargeable red and near-infrared LED wrap shaped for smaller areas such as knees, elbows and ankles, designed for short daily sessions.
Follow the manufacturer's user guide. The supplier suggests sessions of up to 20 minutes on one area, once a day, with the LED side placed against bare skin (clothing over the wrap is fine). Position the wrap, fasten the strap, clip in the battery, then hold the power button to start. Stop use if you feel discomfort.
