The Earthing Half Sheet Kit is an organic cotton half sheet woven with roughly a third of a mile of conductive silver fibre, designed to sit across the middle of your mattress and connect you to the earth's natural charge overnight. Non conductive tuck under sections at each end keep it securely in place, so it works across single, double, queen and king beds.
The sheet measures 305 x 90 cm overall, with a conductive area of 201 x 90 cm. Each kit includes the half sheet, a coil cord, an adapter plug with a built in splitter, and an instruction brochure to help you get set up.
Wash weekly to fortnightly in warm water (40°C), then line dry or tumble dry on low, and iron on low heat if needed. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, whitening detergents, oils and dry cleaning, as these can affect the sheet's conductivity over time.
