A double-walled 316 marine-grade stainless steel ice bath from Ritual Recovery, built for regular home cold water immersion. The insulated body and lockable lid help hold water temperature, and an optional chiller keeps the water at a set level.

Product Overview

About 550 L double-walled 316 stainless steel home ice bath with insulated lockable lid, optional 1HP or 2HP chiller, filtration and app control.
Follow the manufacturer's manual for setup, use and maintenance. Place on a solid, level surface that can carry up to 600 kg, with at least 500 mm clearance behind the chiller fan. Skim debris after each use, wipe surfaces weekly, replace the paper filter every 2 to 4 weeks, clean the metal strainer monthly and drain and refill about monthly. Begin with short, cooler-water sessions and build up gradually.
Cold water immersion is not suitable for everyone. Consult your doctor before use, particularly if you have a heart or circulatory condition, high blood pressure, Raynaud's, diabetes, are pregnant or are unwell. Never use alone and get out immediately if you feel dizzy, numb or unwell. Keep the lid locked when not in use and never leave children unattended near the bath. The power outlet must be a dedicated, earthed, water-safe outlet installed by a licensed electrician. Water quality is the owner's responsibility.
